Tiziano Labruna
PHD Student
Tiziano Labruna is a P.h.D. student working on the research project "Data-driven Conversational Agents" within a joint program between FBK and the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, under the supervision of professor Bernardo Magnini.
He formed his interest in Computational Linguistics during his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Digital Humanities, which he obtained from the University of Pisa with full marks. Both degree theses were about the implementation of a Dialogue System, with the first one being a frame-based system and the second one being instead based on an AI approach.
He is now working on analysing the impact that domain changes have on Task-oriented Dialogue systems, and relating to this he already published some papers for conferences like RANLP, NL4AI, TSD and Clic-it.
